Date: 15 April 2021 Day: Thursday On this day, all of us were feeling really excited about the program that will be held on that Saturday (17-4-2021) and we were having the final discussion regarding the flow of the event and the respective tasks of executive members, AJK ( Ahli Jawatankuasa ) and the mentors. First of all, Dr. Azah had announced some changes in terms of the groupings. To make the evaluation process easier to be executed by her, the executive members would leave their current groups and they would be forming an independent new group. The assessment of the executive members would be based on the completeness and fulfilment of the tasks assigned by Dr. Azah. Date: 8 April 2021 Day: Thursday It was a very productive meeting because a lot of details of the programme were confirmed and we are going to advance to the execution stage in the near future. We also need to submit the proposal to the Dean to be approved by end of this week.  The meeting started with the presentation by Wan Suraya Binti Wan Mohd Lofti as the secretary of this project to present  to the class the  proposal prepared between the collaboration of Tan Wan Han as the assistant secretary and her.  The proposal comprises name of project, organisational level, medium of  communication, project advisor, targeted group of participants, introduction, objectives, job scope of executive members, program itinerary, budget lists, activity module, expected outcomes, actions needed and appendix. She also advised the director to finalise the module especially the pre and post questions. It is important to confirm all the activities so the secretary can develop the proposal as soon as possible to be approved by the Head of Department.
