When You Feel like Stopping Motivational Quote 8 x 10 Sport Poster Print | Sports quotes, Positive quotes, Inspirational quotes

Date: 25 March 2021

Day: Thursday

The meeting started with Wan Suraya Binti Wan Mohd Lofti being our Deputy to present to us the outcomes of the meeting held between the executive members with Dr. Azah on Monday night (22 March 2021). Several modules were established and we were required to give new ideas and modifications on the modules to make them better.

Then, Amrin Hafiz Bin Eddy Rosyadie as our Multimedia committee member has introduced to us some of the designed logos together with the themes of our programme. A voting session was conducted by him to pick the most suitable logo as well as the module theme. At last, a logo with the theme "Bits With Teens" was favoured among all of us. The logo selected is shown in the diagram below.

During the meeting, Pua Zhi Xian as the Module or Content Development committee member shared with us the modules recommended such as "Simple Coding", "Numeral System", "The Code-Breaker" and "Flowchart and Pseudocode". Everyone in the class took part actively throughout the discussion session. Some of the students suggested that we could use online platforms such as Programiz, Kahoot, Purposegames, Toxicode and Hour of Code to implement our modules. We also included the objectives, time allocation, methodology and conclusion for each programme in our discussion. Besides, we planned to include the code characters such as ASCII, EBCDIC and Unicode in our modules. Some of our creative members also suggested that we could use Flashcards and design specific games for the module purposes. For example, we can create a mini game where instructions will be given to the participants and ask them to convert hexadecimal numbers to binary numbers to figure out which wire to be cut in order to defuse a bomb. Furthermore, Fill-In-The-Blank questions can also be used in our modules so that the beginners can understand the correct syntax and program structure in coding.

One of the problems we faced was the prize giving method and how we should send the prizes to the winners of each module. Some of us recommended that the prizes could be in the form of money or cash that will be deposited to the winners' bank accounts. Some proposed that we could just give the prize money to the school, and the school will help to distribute the cash prize to the winners. A member even recommended that Touch 'n Go (TNG) transfer could be utilised to finish the job. Moreover, Dr. Azah also gave us some useful tips on the names of each modules so that they are more attractive.

In the end, the finalised modules are "Embedding The Flow", "The Code-Breaker" and "Dig-it!". Group 18, Group 5 and Group 19 kindly volunteered to help in the design of the questions for each specific module respectively. In conclusion, all the other members will also lend their hands in the execution of each modules to make this project a great success!
