Date: 25 March 2021 Day: Thursday The meeting started with  Wan Suraya Binti Wan Mohd Lofti being our Deputy to present to us the outcomes  of the meeting held between the executive members with Dr. Azah  on Monday night (22 March 2021). Several modules were established and we were required to give new ideas and modifications on the modules to make them better. Then, Amrin Hafiz Bin Eddy Rosyadie as our Multimedia committee member has introduced to us some of the designed logos together with the themes of our programme. A voting session was conducted by him to pick the most suitable logo as well as the module theme. At last, a logo with the theme "Bits With Teens" was favoured among all of us. The logo selected is shown in the diagram below. During the meeting, Pua Zhi Xian as the Module or Content Development committee member  shared with us the modules recommended such as "Simple Coding", "Numeral System", "The Code-Breaker" and "Flowchart...

Date: 18 March 2021 Day: Thursday At first, we were required to do a brief introduction of ourselves which includes our name, department and hometown so that we got to know our classmates. After breaking the ice session, Dr. Azah have sent a Google Docs link to us, and asked us to form a small group of 4 - 5 persons for the project. After that, all of us participated in the board election to form our executive body and it was conducted fairly through voting. The voting session was carried out in the Whiteboard in Microsoft Teams and Mohamad Nizar Mustaqeem Bin Mazlan was chosen to be our project leader. The other executive members nominated are shown in the diagram below which include the roles of Deputy, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 members of AJK ( Ahli Jawatankuasa ). Date: 11 March 2021 Day: Thursday We began our first class at 9:30a.m. The meeting was conducted via Microsoft Teams platform and we will be using it throughout the whole course of Social Engagement - GIG1005. Social Engagement is a University Course under the Centre for the Initiation of Talent and Industrial Training (CITra) of University of Malaya, Malaysia (UM). During the first session, Dr. Azah Anir Norman introduced herself and discussed the  pro forma  of the course. Dr. Azah is a lecturer at UM from the faculty of Computer Science & Information Technology under Department of Information System. She is such a nice and amiable lecturer. Then, Dr. Azah explained that this course would expose the students on social engagement and their roles as volunteers.
